Our Annual Conference this year will take place in the Capital City of Wellington.

Accommodation – Negotiated rates have been arranged for the conference. King Standard Room $259 per night or King Deluxe Room $299 per night.

Breakfast – a full buffet breakfast served in the Chameleon restaurant is available at $27.00 per person per day.

Please note the following information regarding accommodation:

  • A contact number/email and credit card must be provided.
  • Guests are responsible for payment of room direct to the hotel.
  • Cancellation is 30 days prior to arrival date. Bookings cancelled within 30 days will be charged a cancellation penalty equal to the nights cancelled.
  • The link will expire 60 days prior to arrival and rooms are subject to availability at all times.

Check in time: Standard check time is 3:00pm and early check in is subject to availability.  The concierge team will assist all early arrival guests with the luggage to safely store bags and deliver to rooms when it is available.

Check out time: Standard check out time is 11:00am, any late check-out request is subject to availability.

Valet Parking Facility is available at $40 per vehicle per night, no pre booking is required.
