Our Annual Conference this year will take place in picturesque Queenstown along the shores of Lake Wakatipu.

Accommodation is set at bed and breakfast rates and there are several choices of room types to choose from. If you would like to stay on for the weekend we have arranged for the Conference Rate to still apply.

Booking Information

Wednesday 21st October Registration will be open from 9.00am. Welcome Lunch midday then Business Group Meetings. Cocktail Party will be held in the Exhibitors space again this year, as well as the outdoor courtyard.
Thursday 22nd October 8.00am Welcome from NZGSTA President and Queenstown Mayor followed by AGM and conference speakers. Gala Dinner will be held at Gibbston Valley Winery – transport to venue will be provided.
Friday 23rd October A trip on the Earnslaw to Walter Peak Station will be arranged if there is enough interest. If you would like to stay on for the weekend the conference rate will still apply.
