NZGSTA Conference 2017: “Seeds of Change”

Wednesday 18th October — Friday 20th October 2017

Wellington, New Zealand

This year’s Annual Conference will take place in our Capital City Wellington, nestled between rolling hills and a stunning harbour with New Zealand’s best wine regions situated on the city’s doorstep. The capital city is the political centre of New Zealand and is home to innovative art and cultural attractions, great shopping, nature escapes and seaside communities.

Accommodation

Rydges Wellington is our conference venue and is centrally located downtown on Featherston Street within walking distance to Lambton Quay, Queens Wharf and Parliament, making it ideally located. Check in from 2.00pm and check out by 10.00am. The Concierge will hold your bags and have delivered to your room once it is available on Wednesday afternoon.

Rydges Wellington is holding rooms from 17 – 20 October 2017 for attendees of the NZGSTA Conference at the following rates:

  • Superior rooms: $269.00 per night (including one buffet breakfast), or $299.00 per night (including two full breakfasts)
  • City View rooms: $309.00 per night (including one full buffet breakfast), or $339.00 per night (including two full buffet breakfasts)

Book your room before 19 July 2017 and receive a 5% discount on the above ‘Room and Breakfast Package’ rates.

To make a booking please email reservations_rydgeswellington@evt.com or call (04) 499 8686 and quote the reference R-GSI1017. These rates will be valid with the hotel until 18 August 2017 or until the allocation of rooms has been booked.

The Portlander Bar & Grill takes a unique spin on the grill-house concept. Local, seasonal, cultivated. And being located where land meets sea, The Portlander adds a touch of ‘wild’ to its ethos. In summary: “We’re about superb cuts of meat, prepared to perfection and finished in style. Bloody rare and rather well done – it’s the ideal place to eat meat and greet.” Legendary as Wellington’s best steakhouse. Book a table for Tuesday night after the Cocktail Party or meet delegates for a drink until late.
